Specific Duties & Requirements:

We are looking for a reliable Full-time Office Administrator to support the dealership.

  • Oversight & supervision of some other administrative staff and well as some dealer operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Assisting with all aspects of administration within the dealership
  • Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative & operational issues as they arise
  • Correspondence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Data entry – electronic & paper format
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced work environment, taking on new challenges daily
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly & adapt to new systems on the fly
  • Managing files electronically as well as paper format
  • Address customer concerns and forward issues to appropriate parties
  • Answering the phone & transferring calls to appropriate parties
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, fax, computers & postage machines
  • Excellent computer experience with above average typing skills
  • Juggle multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, as well as take notes
  • Excellent written & verbal skills are a MUST
  • Must be able to take initiative & problem solve
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Great time management skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office environment with References
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Business Administration education
  • Experience processing payroll

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
